NLO Type Condensate pump

The NLO type condensate pump is a product manufactured by our company based on imported technology. Ithas good operating efficiency and operational reliability. It is

suitable for condensate pumps in the condensate water system of 50MW to 1000MW generator sets. This product can also be used to transport other productssimilar to

condensate. For liquids, the temperature of the conveying medium does not exceed 100°C.

NLO type condensate pump is a barrel vertical multi-stage centrifugal pump:

1) In order to make the pump have good anti-cavitation performance, the first-stage impeller is specially designed and used in combination with the inducer. It can also adopt a double-suction structure.

2) On the premise of meeting performance requirements and ensuring sufficient stiffness, use axial guide vanes to reduce the radial size of the pump.

3) The parts below the foundation of the pump adopt a core-pulling structure, making it easy to disassemble, assemble and repair the pump.

4) The axial force of the pump is mainly balanced by the balance holes and balance chambers on each stage of the impeller, and the remaining axial force is borne by the thrust bearing components. Compared with similar

products without balance holes on the impeller, the axial force is only 1/4, which greatly reduces the geometric size of the thrust bearing components and has considerable reliability.

5) A thrust bearing is installed on the pump, and an elastic coupling is used between the pump and the motor, making pump alignment and on-site installation much easier.

6) The shaft seal of the pump adopts mechanical seal.

7) The inlet position of the pump can be placed above or below the foundation according to the different requirements of the user.
