This pump is divided into the following three types according to its structure and installation characteristics:

1-MF is a single-stage single-suction straight pipe imported horizontal pump

2-MFC single-stage single-suction elbow imported motor direct-coupled vertical pump

3-MFV is a single-stage single-suction elbow inlet, extended shaft, universal joint connection vertical pump

M-type sewage pump is a single-stage single-suction volute pump, with vertical and horizontal structures, and a straight pipe inlet and an elbow pipe inlet (90°).The same modelof pump has water inlet pipes of different sizes to meet the needs of users. of different requirements. In the structure, there are direct-coupled motors, that is, the motor is directly installed on the pump, and there are also types where the motor is installed on the floor above the pump, and the motor and pump are connected by a drive shaft with a universal joint.For vertical sewage pumps with universal joint transmission, the weight of the universal joint is borne by the vertical electric transmission. The motor is installed on the vertical electric transmission, and the motor and the vertical electric transmission are flexibly connected with an elastic coupling. When the distance between the pump layer and the motor layer is too long,the intermediate transmission can be connected by several shafts, and intermediate bearings are set at appropriate positions on the intermediate shaft. The number and position of the intermediate bearings are set as required and should have reliable support.

The pump body structure, when used as a horizontal pump, discharges from the top center, which simplifies the pipeline layout and reduces pipeline stress.All pumps have back-door doors,so that there is no need to disassemble the pump body and the inlet and outlet pipes during maintenance. Remove the rotor assembly.There are inspection holes on the pump body and water inlet pipe. To facilitate the maintenance of the impeller, the pump rotates clockwise when viewed from the direction of the motor. The shaft seal adopts soft packing seal, and the packing gland has a split-half structure. The packing is very convenient to assemble, disassemble and replace. In order to ensure that the shaft is not worn, a shaft seal is installed on the shaft. Mechanical seal can be equipped if required by the user. During operation, high-pressure clean water must be used to enter the water seal ring of the packing component through the water pipe for cooling and flushing sewage (referring to the sewage that seeps into the packing chamber in the flow channel). The pressure of the high-pressure clean water should be at least 0.5kgf higher than the pump discharge pressure. /cm.

Mechanical seal can be equipped if user needs.
