MN type sewage pump

The MN series sewage pump is suitable for transporting industrial wastewater and urban domestic sewage. The biggest advantage is that it can transport solid particles
and sewage containing fiber materials is also suitable for use as circulation pumps in power plants, port pumps and other purposes.

This series of pumps is divided into the following five types according to their structure and installation features:
MN--single-stage single-suction straight pipe inlet horizontal sewage pump
MNC - vertical single-stage single-suction elbow water inlet motor directly connected vertical sewage pump
MNV 1 - Single-stage single-suction elbow water inlet vertical sewage pump with universal joint drive shaft
MNF 1 - Single-stage, single-suction, straight-pipe vertical sewage pump with direct connection to the inlet motor.
MNZ1-single-stage single-suction vertical sewage pump with straight pipe inlet and universal joint drive shaft.


The MN series sewage pump is a single-stage single-suction volute pump. It has a horizontal structure and a vertical structure. The vertical structure is divided into a straight
pipe water inlet and an elbow water inlet (90°). There is a direct-coupled type with the motor. , that is, the motor is directly installed on the motor bracket of the pump, and
there is also a drive shaft structure with a universal joint. For a vertical sewage pump with a universal joint drive, the weight of the universal joint is borne by the vertical electric drive.
The motor is installed on the vertical electric transmission, and the motor and the vertical electric transmission are flexibly connected with an elastic coupling. When the distance between
the pump layer and the motor layer is too long, the intermediate transmission shaft can be connected by several shafts, and an intermediate bearing can be installed at an appropriate
position in the middle pump. The number and position of the intermediate bearings are set as required, and there should be reliable support.
The impeller and water inlet pipe of the pump are equipped with wear-resistant sealing rings. They adopt plane gap seals. The size of the gap can be adjusted with the gasket between the
stuffing box frame and the bearing frame. It is simple and convenient. After wear, just change the thickness of the gasket. Adjust the gap to ensure that the pump works in the high efficiency area.
There are inspection holes on the pump body and water inlet pipeline for easy maintenance or cleaning. Generally, it rotates clockwise when viewed from the direction of the motor, but it can also
be rotated counterclockwise according to user requirements.
Shaft seals generally use soft packing seals. The packing pressure gain is a split-half structure. The packing is very convenient to install and disassemble. To ensure that the shaft is not worn, a sleeve
is installed at the packing. During operation, high-pressure clean water must be used to enter the water seal ring of the packing component through the water pipe in order to cool and flush the sewage
(referring to the sewage in the flow channel > into the packing chamber). The pressure of the high-pressure clean water should be at least 0.5 higher than the pump discharge pressure. kgf/cm².
Mechanical seal can be equipped if required by the user.
