ZL High Pressure Electric Vertical Axial Flow Pump for Water Distribution and Irrigation
ZL High Pressure Electric Vertical Axial Flow Pump for Water Distribution and Irrigation
Overview
ZL type pump is a single-stage vertical axial flow pump, and the liquid flows along the axis of the pump shaft. It is suitable for sucking clean water or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water. The maximum temperature of the sucked liquid is 50℃. This type of pump is a large flow and low head pump. It can be used for agricultural drainage and irrigation, conveying circulating water to industrial thermal power stations, urban water supply and drainage, raising and lowering water levels in shipyards or other water conservancy projects, and has a wide range of uses.

Structural Description
This pump type has a vertical structure, equipped with a vertical motor, and consists of a pump body and a vertical electric transmission part.
The blade has a semi-adjustable structure. When the operating conditions change and the performance of the pump needs to be adjusted, remove the impeller, loosen the fastening screws of the blade, rotate or remove the blade,
change the position of the blade positioning pin, and adjust the blade's benchmark Align the line with a certain angle line on the hub body, then tighten the nut and install the impeller to achieve the purpose of adjustment.
The user can select the pump speed and adjust the blade installation angle according to the working performance table according to the needs.
When the pump leaves the factory, if there is no special instructions from the user, the installation angle of the blade should be installed according to the parameters required by the project.
The pump body structure can be divided into four types: double foundation non-core pulling structure (standard structure), double foundation core pulling structure,
single foundation non-core pulling structure, and single foundation core pulling structure.
The main components of the pump body are: water inlet horn, impeller chamber, guide vane body, impeller, shaft, guide bearing, seal, water outlet elbow, etc.
Standard materials: the shaft is 45 steel, the sleeve is 1Cr18Ni9, the guide bearing is rubber bearing, and other parts are made of cast iron.
The specific material can be determined according to the transmission medium and user needs.
Sealing form: carbon fiber filler seal.
Rotation direction: clockwise when viewed from the coupling end.
Vertical transmission part: When the pump is running, all axial forces are borne by the axial thrust bearing in the transmission device.
The thrust bearing has two forms: rolling bearing and thrust pad. Its lubrication forms also include grease lubrication and thin oil lubrication.
The axial displacement of the pump rotor can be adjusted by the nut in the transmission device.
Installation, starting and stopping, operation
Installation / Preparation before installation:
(1) Check that the water pump body, transmission device and motor are not damaged. If the pump shaft and transmission shaft are bent, they must be straightened.
(2) Tools and lifting machinery should be complete.
(3) Refer to the installation outline drawing to check the pump foundation and water inlet channel to ensure that the distance from the center line of the pump impeller to the lowest water inlet level meets the requirements for cavitation margin.
(4) The structure of the inlet pool and the number of pumps installed in the same inlet pool determine the water inlet situation of the axial flow pump, which has a great impact on the working performance of the pump.
The following points must be noted:
①The pump impeller should have sufficient immersion depth.
② Keep the required distance between the pump suction horn and the bottom of the pool.
③The water flow should enter the pump evenly without whirlpool.
④ Pumps operating in the same inlet pool should not interfere with each other.
⑤ A waste rack must be installed before entering the pool or water channel. The flow rate through the waste rack shall not exceed 0.3 m/s.
Pump installation:
(1) According to the usage conditions, adjust the installation angle of the blades on the impeller component so that the installation angles of each blade are consistent and not loose.
(2) Use a level to correct the level of the positioning surface of the pump base. The tolerance is less than 0.04 mm/m.
Tighten the nuts of the anchor screws at each location. Fill the anchor screw holes with cement slurry. After the cement has dried, check the level.
(3) The pump shaft and the transmission shaft must be installed on the same vertical line, and the tolerance is less than 0.04 mm/m.
The radial gap between the outer circle of the impeller and the water inlet horn (or impeller shell) should be uniform along the circumference.
(4) After installation, check whether the nuts of each coupling and anchor screws are tightened.
Connection between pump and motor:
(1) The elevation and center position of the motor and transmission device should be determined according to the elevation and center position of the installed pump.
(2) The rotation direction of the motor should be consistent with the requirements of the pump.
(3) After the flange surface of the rigid coupling is closed, if the bolt holes on the flange have not been re-hinged by the manufacturer,
correct the concentricity of the pump shaft and re-hing it during installation, and the connecting bolts should be evenly dug and tightened.
Prevent the coupling from tilting due to inconsistent tightening procedures.
Use the light transmission method or feeler gauge to check the flange joint surface. There should be no gap.
Installation of water outlet pipe:
(1) The water outlet pipeline should be equipped with a separate bracket and should not be supported by the pump body.
The water outlet pipeline should be able to withstand the reaction force of the water outlet.
(2) A diffusion pipe should be installed between the pump outlet elbow and the outlet valve,
and its length should not be less than five times the difference in diameter.
(3) It is best to hang a counterweight on the water outlet valve to balance the weight of the valve.
Start and stop:
1. Before starting the pump, clean water should be introduced into the pipe on the stuffing box to lubricate the rubber bearings, and it can only be stopped after the water is discharged normally.
2. After the pump is put into trial operation, check each connection part to see if there is any looseness.
3. During operation, if the pump makes abnormal vibrations and sounds, it should be stopped immediately.
If the water inlet level drops below the specified minimum water level, the machine should be shut down.
4. After shutting down during the freezing season, care should be taken to prevent the water in the pump from freezing and damaging the parts.
Operation:
1. During operation, the packing should be compacted enough to allow water to drip out.
2. Pay attention to the temperature rise of the bearing and replace the lubricating oil of the bearing regularly.
